Stage 1 · Specification
Writing down exactly what you need, in terms a supplier can quote.
Four services, taken separately or together, each quoted in writing before any work begins.
Most sourcing problems are avoidable at the start. We identify candidate suppliers for your product, put the same specification in front of each one so quotes can actually be compared, check company details and references, and manage the sample stage before any production commitment is made.
Writing down exactly what you need, in terms a supplier can quote.
Candidates identified and contacted.
Company details, references and capacity checked.
Samples requested, received and assessed with you.
Incoterms and payment terms agreed and written down.
Timeline tracked, delays surfaced early.
Supplier to carrier, without gaps.
Delivery confirmed and reconciled against the order.
An order that nobody is chasing slips. We keep the timeline visible from purchase order to arrival, make sure terms of sale and delivery are agreed in writing rather than assumed, and coordinate the handover points where shipments most often stall.
Freight quotes are hard to compare because they include different things. We gather quotes on the same basis, explain what each one actually covers, book with licensed carriers and forwarders, and keep you informed while the shipment is moving rather than after it's late.
Volume, weight, timing and destination.
Several, compared on the same terms.
With licensed carriers and forwarders.
Updates until it arrives.
What this shipment actually requires.
Documents drafted and cross-checked.
A complete file to your licensed broker.
Everything archived for your files.
Commercial documentation is where shipments get held up. We prepare and check the commercial invoice, packing list and supporting certificates for consistency, and get the file to your customs broker complete. The filings themselves are made by licensed professionals, not by us.
A free consultation, then a written quote. No obligation either way.
