Why shipments go wrong

Rarely one big failure. Usually a missing document, an unverified supplier, or terms nobody wrote down.

How we work

Check first, then move

Verification before commitment saves far more than it costs. A supplier check and a sample stage take a fortnight; a bad production run takes months to recover from.

Terms are the other common failure. When the point at which risk and cost transfer isn't agreed in writing, both sides assume it favors them, and the argument arrives with the invoice.

And documentation has to be complete before it reaches your broker. A file missing a certificate sits still while storage charges accumulate, which is the most avoidable cost in the whole process.
