How we work
A Florida company, registered and on record
ZEA International LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida. Our registration details are on public record with the Florida Division of Corporations, and we're happy to provide them on request.
We work alongside licensed professionals rather than replacing them. Customs entries are filed by licensed brokers, freight is carried by licensed carriers, and legal or tax questions go to your attorney or accountant. What we do is make sure the pieces fit together and that nothing is missing when it matters.

Are you a customs broker?
No. We are not a licensed customs broker and we file no customs entries. We prepare and check documentation and work with your licensed broker, or help you find one.
What does it cost?
It depends on the work. Everything is quoted in writing after a free consultation, and nothing is charged until you accept the quote.
Do you handle small volumes?
Yes. Plenty of our work is for small businesses importing modest quantities, where getting the details right matters most.
Can you guarantee a delivery date?
No. Carriers, customs and suppliers all affect timing, and no honest intermediary promises a date they don't control. We keep you informed and flag delays early.
Which countries do you work with?
Tell us what you're moving and where. If it's outside what we can support properly, we'll say so rather than take the work.
